The proposed office cum guest house is located at LOT-8, South 24 PGS, which is the transit point of Holy Gangasagar/ Sagar Dwip.

Every year Gangasagar attracts a lot of devotes and tourists for the Sagar Mela. The client wanted a office cum guest house where they can manage and accommodate their officials. The first and second floor consists of admin offices including a spacious canteen, where as the guest rooms for the officials are in the third floor. Fourth floor was proposed in later stages to treat it as a multipurpose room. Top floor consists of a single hall with pantry and common toilet to house meeting, conferences and sleeping space for additional members.
