The built spaces are arranged as such, that the transitional spaces are of a meandering nature, giving several view points, all throughout the site, thus making your stay an enthralling journey. The scale of the structures is kept in harmony with the human scale. Free from clutters, the outdoor spaces are free flowing, with horizontal as well as vertical connections, thus, blurring the lines between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The modules of the residential unit are planned and oriented in a fashion, that each room gets the picturesque and serene view of the mountains on one side and the view of vernacular styled cluster of village on the other side. The balcony of a typical module is a projected triangular open space with one side completely blank, facing the Himalayan range and the other side consisting of a wall 1.5 metres high to ensure privacy from the other modules.
