This contemporary guest house project balances striking modern aesthetics with high-performance passive design strategies. The exterior facade features a sharp, cubic composition dominated by crisp white plaster and vibrant blue accents. To screen the semi-private zones, the building integrates custom vertical louvres mixed with an intricate patterned central screen, providing critical sun shading while allowing natural air circulation.

The structural configuration frames an impressive, multi-story open atrium and deep transition terraces finished with elegant patterned tiling and glass balustrades. Internally, the private quarters balance minimalist utility and warmth, integrating sleek wood-paneled feature walls and space-efficient built-in desks. By blending public openness with private comfort, the design offers travelers a highly responsive urban sanctuary.
